Focused Ballista support does not work on Siege Ballista of Trarthus

As title said. It could support the skill, and the numerical parts works (more damage, more attack speed), but it does not prevent the siege ballistas from firing.

This bug totally destroyed my starter build (flamewood with siege ballista of trathus). Hope it will get fixed soon.
