Dweller of the Deep not being marked off in Quisitive Quandaries challenge

Wish I'd noticed this when it happened instead of two whole acts later! Quest's complete, handed in, reward claimed and redeemed, but it's not marked off in the challenge. /recheck_achievements didn't help either.

This happened to me too. Changing servers and rechecking achievements also doesn't help.

The Dweller challenge item gets triggered by clearing the Fetid Pool at the moment.
