Getting black screen when setting fullscreen or windowed fullscreen since patch.

When switching to fullscreen or windowed fullscreen mode and the game is in focus, the game displays a black screen. Audio still plays in the background, but no video is visible. This issue persists until the display mode is changed to windowed via config files.

Updated the drivers, verified integrity of game files, cleaned the cache but non if this helped.
