Problem with "Quisitive Quandaries" achievement

Hi, the "Quisitive Quandaries" quest requires to complete "The Dweller of the Deep" quest - I finished it, but somehow it didn't account for the achievement?

you need to complete the fetid pool quest, dont know why but its worked)
