Crash when Finding a Mercenary in a new Zone (during Act's)

In some zones the game crashes to desktop, when finding a new Mercenary, relaunching the game and resetting the zone (sometimes) fixes the problem.

Everything Running latest Drivers and Bios.

Installed RAM: 64,0 GB (61,6 GB usable) DDR 5 6000Mhz
GFX: AMD RX 6950 XT Red Devil 16gb PowerColor
AMD Driver: 25.6.1
System type: 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

Operating System: Windows 11 Pro Vers. 24H2
OS Build: 26100.4351

hey, if you are still having this problem you can try this solution which worked for me:
Go to your game's installation location (mine's under C:\Program Files (x86)\Grinding Gear Games\Path of Exile)
Then run "PackCheck.exe", my crashes were due to some graphics files/assets or something getting corrupted and this tool was able to fix them

Update:
Have the game installed via Steam, but did a file verification and the result was 70 files being corrupted.
