Help veiled mod

How do I unlock the mod non-channelling skills have -% to total mana cost?
I get a ring from Elreon and Unveiled it with that mod, but I don't have the craft in the bench

Betrayal has been changed this patch.


Unveiling items no longer provides the crafting recipe, it just changes this one item and thats it.
Some (maybe all, dont know) of the betrayal crafts can be found and unlocked the same it works for all the other recipes.
