Crash to Desktop When Entering Hideout

I can not access my Celestial Nebula Hideout. When I attempt to load into the area the loading screen will appear but then the game will just force quit to desktop without any warnings.

I have tried verifying the files and reinstalling the game but that doesn't seem to have worked.

Any help would be appreciated.

I've got the same issue but with Trial of the Ancestors Hideout and my Celestial Nebula Hideout is working. Seems like the issue may be related to some decoration assets, not the hideout itself. Do you maybe have a .hideout file so we can compare them?

I seemed to have fixed this issue by switching to a different hideout using Helena, I reclaimed my MTX items from the decorations menu, then replaced them in this hideout. I then switched back to Celestial Nebula and finally got in.

I am not 100% sure which item has caused the issue but based on someone elses thread that just got posted today, it may have been an bug caused by the Mannequin MTX, so try that one first if you have it.

Here is a list of the MTX items I placed into a different hideout:
- Mannequin
- Item Display Case
- Angelic Environmental Fog
- All my pets
- All trophies
- Wrangler Gold Rain
- Broiling Villager
- Celestial Engima Map Device
- All Commemorative Statues
- Dragon Currency Hoard Stash

Thanks for letting me know! I've been trying to reclaim as well, but somehow I missed Mannequins - reclaimed them as well and it's fixed. It looks like the issue is caused not by Mannequins themselves but rather some of the armour pieces. For sure other MTXes you listed are not problematic as I've reclaimed them separately and it didn't help or I just don't have them at all.

TLDR for other players with game crashing while loading to hideout issue: switch your hideout and reclaim Mannequin decoration
