Is it unusual for rare drops to be rare, though?

When I search listings for the Uber Exarch's drops, foil variation none, both online and offline listings, here are the current results:

483 Crystallised Omniscience
358 The Annihilating Light
78 Annihilation's Approach
10 The Celestial Brace

It certainly seems as though drop rates were adjusted for the new league.

Also add in the 50 people on Ninja wearing them, plus however many people who don't opt-in.

Supply/demand most likely. They are very strong with the new node, so the ones that do exist, even if really high priced, are being bought up by the people who can afford it. As more people get them and more people farm Uber Exarch, they should eventually come down. Or more people will make videos for the build and they will continue to go up along with the price for Uber Exarch fragments.
