Unable to use a specific life flask

I'm playing a pathfinder, and I have these 2 magic life flasks, but I can only use one of them. I'm playing pconc and both of them are used by the skill.

I have tried right click as well as using the keybind for them.
I've tried to swap their slots.
Also tried having only one of them equipped.
I did restart the game as well.

I'll link a video showing it. Most of the time I was hovering the flask with the cursor I was right clicking trying to use it. I was also trying the keybind.

That will be the difference.

In general, flask effects for life and mana flasks end when you have recovered to full life or mana. This can cause many flasks to not be used when you are already at full life or mana, avoiding wasting their charges.


There are exceptions. Instant flasks will be used and some flask effects that state they "remove" debuffs (such as bleeding/corrupted blood, freeze, ignite, shock) will still be used as this is an instantaneous effect. You also have Enduring mana flasks, whose effects at not ended at full mana.

Your hinder/maim immunity flask doesn't seem to have gotten the same treatment as the other status effects, probably because it provides a period of immunity and not removal (it is also a newer affix).

Oh I get it now. I had mixed up the effect of Master Surgeon. I thought it would let me use life flasks when full life, but it just makes it not *end* at full life.
