Neither Memory Alter nor many Atlas Tree nodes working in Threads of Memory

At least playing in SSF Ruthless 3.26, two features of Eagon's Threads of Consciousness do not appear to be working as intended:
- Defeating a map boss within does not reveal the promised "Memory Alter"
- At least one Atlas node -- "The Dutiful Soldier" -- does not work as intended: Huck will not appear when a Cache is opened.

What's more, the final map in the thread series does not yield EXP. I assume this is not WAD.

The maps Eagon opens are not affected by my Atlas at all, apparently. I find content in them I have blocked. No Alters appear upon defeating bosses and no experience is gained, at least in the Courtyard of wasting
