Mercenary Improments - please

I'm loving the mercs but am hoping for a couple of small improvements

1. Can we be able to see the stats screen when looking at wild mercs?

2. Can we have the ability to control if they use some skills(Mostly auras and war crys) I've had some issues with my champion build cause my merc is taunting everything so I keep missing and I could see there being issues with the player and mercs both using the same aura

3. Can we select which skill is being used as their their main combat skill if they have more then 1 0 cool down skill? I'm using a kineticist atm and id prefer her to be using kinetic blast(as its her 5 link skill) but she seems to prefer using kinetic bolt(which her 3 link skill)
