Betrayal Fortification/Transportation bugged?

I just ran 15 maps with betrayal and I could not get the transportation encounter to spawn. Although it is not in the realm of impossible, I have heard of similar reports from other players. Maybe it is worth looking into it.

i have run 40 maps without it spawning once, there is definitely an issue and it happened when i removed a member leaving transportation with one member. this pulled
a member from a different area and bricked transportation from spawning.
just in case you need some help figuring out how to fix your game

I run into the same problem, i think it's bugged :(

Been running jungle valleys and haven't got transport to spawn in. Thought I was getting extremely unlucky.

I had the same issue. While setting up my board, I got my transportation down to two members. After that it got no fortification to spawn for the next 18 maps. Bumping transportation back up to three members solved it.

Got the same issue. It takes 10-20 maps for a single Transportation to show up.
Was running Mesa and Jungle Valley for the most part.

I even tried to block Research from spawning by putting 2 new Members in there with no Connections to any other, but it was still spawning. Also completing the investigation in 1 House doesn't force a Transportation spawn.

If I complete Fortress as a consequence in the next map I will have Research and Intervention in the next map with only 2 Betrayal Encounters and no Transportation spawn.
