Betrayal's Sting No Damage

Hi everyone,

If you have a problem with this item on your current character let me know and I can look into it.

The mod on the item does deal damage from what we have tested internally (and on the live servers) and the average kill time with a poison build is directly proportional to the roll on the ring.
