Bladefall of Trarthus not working properly with Legacy of the Rose

Legacy of the Rose reads: Gain 1 Remembrance when you Spend a total of 200 Energy Shield with no Shaper Memory Summoned, and grants Eldritch Battery



With Bladefall of Trarthus
+ Eldritch Battery

The mana cost is spent as ES instead (have confirmed this in game). Yet I do not gain any Remembrance stacks whatsoever while Bladefall of Trarthus is running.

I assume mana-costs-over-time as a new mechanic have not been properly implemented for cases like this. Please fix ASAP! :)

This does seem to be the case, though not specificly in relation with Legacy of the Rose.

It seems that the resource being spent has to be "lost" to be considered as being spent, and it isn't considered "lost" if the cost over time is mitigated by regen, or in the case of Legacy of the Rose with Energy Shield, mitigated by recharge.

Interesting theory, but I just put on Eternal Youth to disable my ES recharge, and I still did not generate any Remembrance stacks with Bladefall of Trarthus.
