RF causing lost shipments to drop nothing

I found a lost shipment using the notable Lost in Transit in my tier 6 Leyline map. I had Righteous Fire active and ran over one of the barrels and nothing dropped out of it. Turned off the loot filter to check. My party member was also in the map with me and they were able to click on the barrels and chest and items dropped from them.

I had a map earlier where I also ran over the lost shipment with an active Righteous Fire and nothing dropped. Didn't think to do a bug report until it happened again here.

Update: Bug reference number: 1,306,490,347. Found another lost shipment, ran over two barrels with RF active, nothing dropped out of them. Used a portal scroll to get out of the map and come back in without RF active. Opened another barrel without RF up and it dropped items. Breaking the barrel with RF seems to cause them to not drop any items.
