Faustus doesn't pull item info from stash

Can't list item on item exchange unless it is in your inventory. Place order button will be greyed out and states "you do not have enough currency" if said item is in stash and not in inventory. Occurs with most scarabs (only titanic scarab of treasure, anarchy scarab, anarchy scarab of gigantification. and anarchy scarab of partnership show up under "owned" tab in the "i have" selection window of the exchange). Currency items like divines do not exhibit this.

Did you open the scarab tab, for example, in the same session? Faustus default only shows what is in your inventory, and then adds in any tabs you manually open in that same instance. Useful if you're not selling essence/delve, for example, as it will only populate once you've opened those tabs. Open the tab, sell whatever you need to, then next instance it will be hidden again.

My default tab when I open a stash is a dump tab. Checking Faustus doesn't even load the Owned tab until I swap to some other tab with sellable items. Swapped to a currency tab, then the Owned tab loaded with currency, Expedition, Harvest, and allflames from my dump tab.
