Offering skills bug

Offering skills currently have a bug where if you override it with the same offering while the buff is up, the buff its gone ( Numerical values change/ visuals still the same).

Steps to reproduce:

Take Desecrate (Happens with any corpse is just for testing purposes)

Take Any offering skill (Tested with Spirit Offering)

Use Spirit Offering on the desecrated corpses

Check you have inc crit strik and multi

Cast spirit offering while previous buff is up

Check that previous increases are gone and the buff visuals are still up.

Override it as many times as you want it never goes up again.

Let it drop.

Cast again and now you have inc crit and multi.

if you override it again the same happens.


EDIT: You need to have Mistress of Sacrifice Ascension Node

I'm seeing the same bug. If the offering expires before it's recast, the offering will apply to the player. If the offering is recast before it expires, the offering does not effect the player until it expires again.

please revert the 'bug fix' asap

Also confirm. Like what the main post said, recasting the skill before the current one expires will not give the buff any more and have to wait for it to expire and then casting the skill. Please fix.

seems there are a few threads about this immediately, confirming still it is indeed not working. bug report 921,484,245 in my case

yup super problematic. i may start leveling another char tonight or go to bed. not bringing my 3 divines worth of spectres into juiced maps where offering isnt working right

I'm using Queen's Hunger, Leash of Oblation and Hollow Effigy annoint (doesnt require corpses to get offerings)

After patch I basically can't play the build as offerings aren't cast past the first cycle even though I have 16+ seconds duration on each. Without block my hiero is paper.
