Help! Can't enter Kingsmarch, quest state seems broken (yes I talked to Johan)

I somehow ended up in a state where I can't enter Kingsmarch. Yes, I talked to Johan and he just doesn't give me any option. If I type /kingsmarch in chat, I get the response "you do not have the required quest state". Am I the only one with this problem?

The "you do not have the required quest status" error means that your quest flag may be glitched after talking to Johan

Ditto for me on the Steam client. I fixed it by using the stand-alone client. I clicked on Johan, walked away, and then clicked on him again. Then he offered the quest and option to travel to KM.

STILL broken. Playing on the standalone client. Spent 20 minutes autistically walking in circles and clicking on Johan in the epilogue.

Same situation. No option to get to kingsmarch

Also just now realising I have this issue, can talk to Johan next to the waypoint in Karui Shores but no quest prog or kingsmarch teleport

I think you can get your progress fixed by walking FAR AWAY from the NPC, and then back to him. At least this is how it worked for me.

Usually when I beat the game, as soon as I enter the last zone, I teleport to my hideout and use the waypoint to teleport back to that zone, skipping some walking through it. Well... Maybe this thing bugs the quest. I later couldn't figure how to go to Kingsmarch and started searching through the whole zone. Long story short - go back to the beginning of the zone and move back to the NPC. This might unlock the quest for you. I suspect there's some quest trigger near the NPC, but you have to manually walk into the trigger.

Same for me on Hardcore Mercenaries league patch 3.26.0c, worked fine before the patch on Mercenaries league

I believe this bug was introduced in the 3.26.0c patch where Johan got moved.

I have the same problem, tried everything and nothing works.
