Divination Scarab of Plenty Not Working

I have ran roughly 50 maps today using this scarab in Tier 16 Origination influenced maps with 0, I repeat 0 divination cards dropping from these scarab mobs when I kill them.

I will include the full setup details below. I am truly juicing these maps and I cannot see how these scarabs are working. Either something is broken or their wording is entirely wrong. I welcome anyone else to share their experience with this scarabs in the thread.

T16.5 Origination Map - Canyon

At least 100% Quant & 30% Packsize
4x Divination Maven Chisel
20% deli via 1 Deli Orb
3x divination scarab of plenty
2x scarab of monstrous lineage
Kirca - Ambush

Atlas is fairly standard explicit map modifier effect and scarab nodes with map sustain

I ran a T16.5 Jungle Valley 8-mod with 5 scarabs of plenty.
Searched the entire map afterward and there was only 1 divination card.

Tried the scarab in 3.25 with similar results. I think you should remove it from the game at this point.

Same experience here. The scarab does not seem to do anything

Is this fixed? Same issue exists today. Over 20+ T16 Deli 80% maps and no increase in cards. What's the deal GGG?
