Johan doesn't take me to Kingsmarch

For some reason, Johan doens't have the option to visit kingsmarch. He never showed up in the Kaalguran camp either, only next to the waypoint in Karui Shores.
I tried standing there for a little time (suggested here https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/3794929), but that didn't help either. Bug Report ID: #983855816 Last bumped on Jun 21, 2025, 1:49:30 PM

Same thing happened to me, here's what I did:
* Exhausted dialogue (not hard, only two options) * Talked to all the Kalguurans with exclamation marks, in the Karui Shores * Talked to Lily, also in the Karui Shores * Tried /kingsmarch, "you don't have the required quest state" error * Went back to Oriath (A10) * Talked to Lily, sailed to Kingsmarch * Talked to Johan again, by the waypoint * Took a screenshot of the empty dialogue box and sent it to my brother on discord, "ha, he told me it was too late and I'm out of luck." * Scrolled through a few of these bug reports while the dialogue box was still open in-game * Alt-tabbed back in ~3min later, closed the dialogue box, and he had an exclamation mark over his head Not sure which of these worked, though my guess is "just stand there and wait for a while" was the key, since it didn't work before the delay, but who knows. I stood there for about 10 minutes and it worked lol

Can confirm.
Sat next to Johan for 5+ minutes. Then used portal, to go to hideout and went back to Karui Shores and Johan had the quest mark over his head to take me to Kingmarch. |

I closed the game and restarted. Was then working.

I have the same issue. Waiting next to him not worked for me.
Restarting the client did not work either. /kingsmarch, "you don't have the required quest state" he only offers a empty dialogue box :( |

" i did the part port back to act 10, trvel again to shores, and then stand at the guy with open dialogue for a while,. after a few minutes the exclamation mark appears. seems the last one is helpping. |

Can also confirm. Stood there staring at him for about 4 minutes, then the Exploring Kingsmarch quest popped up.
