Unable to access character on PS5 at Manor Ramparts

I play PoE2 on a PS5 and have a 52nd level Stormweaver called Siobhan_Locke in Standard League. I had just acquired the Manor Ramparts waypoint last night on Cruel difficulty and opened a portal to the Clearfell Encampment and teleported back there and quit out of the game. Today, I tried to use the still active portal to teleport back to the Manor Ramparts. In general, when I portal, I feel a small vibration in my controller that let's me know it's loading... I felt this but the splash screen then never resolves into the Manor Ramparts map. I quit out of the game and reloaded it several times, same issue. I restarted the PS5 and tried again, same issue. I restored my PoE2 license, same issue. Finally, I deleted and reinstalled the game, same issue.

Can you please resolve this issue? I have put many hours into this character.

Same issue for me. Is there a fix or is my character screwed?
