Crash in the same point

I'm having points where I pass and the game always crashes in that same place.One of the places is when you want to enter the boiling lake (act 9).
And the same thing happens in several places, like in maps, I can divert that place and avoid crashing as long as I don't get close to that place (I can only know about that place once I get close and it crashes). However there are places where you can't do this to continue playing normally, an example: phantasmagory map, since it's all a short circuit without being able to divert the path that crashes.
