75% of the way through a foil mageblood valdo map and server's die.

Hello GGG.

I opened around 20 Valdo boxes around 3:30 EST, and was fortunate enough to receive a foil mage blood map. I went in to attempt said map as its a Foil mageblood and I will probably never see one again this was around 4:10pm EST, i got disconnected shortly after killing the map boss which was around 4:30 EST with around 60/70 % of the map completed, When what I'm assuming could only be a ddos attack happened and I relogged my remaining 5 portals was gone and the map was no longer in the map device. That mage blood was as good as mine, and I feel kind of cheated out of it having the map end the way it did and not down to my own lack of skill. Could you please reroll my account back to around 4pm est? before entering the portal so I can do my map again please or refund me the map with the same modifiers on? Of course please take your time to verify everything that I've said is true and I look forward to your response.
