My game is stuck slightly zoomed in and UI scaling is huge.

I've been dealing with this issue now for about 6 months, basically the scaling of my camera/icons/text/loot/graph is all gigantic for my 3440x1440p monitor. Does anyone have a solution to get it zoomed out more again, its making me get motion sickness. This is the first time I have ever experienced motion sickness or dizziness in the game. I find myself hunched forward now while playing so I can have a single focus point to avoid it. The loot drop boarder boxes are absolutely gigantic now for me. Also am having black bars on the side of the loading screen between maps. And suggestions would mean the world to me. This is the only game I play.
4080s/7800x3d/16gb6000mhz/3440x1440 Asus Vg35VQ. This started happening after I selected my second 1080p monitor as the games main display in the settings on accident.
