Bastion Mercenary damage bugged?

I have a Bastion merc that literally does zDps

I have seen him bash his Shield Crush ability into a mob and literally zero damage. I know he's hitting his target, as he is applying "Vuln on hit" from his gloves.

He's using a Dawnbreaker with 2500 armour, so he should be doing at least some dmg.

His links on the Shield Crush are: Leech - Attack Speed - Greater Brutality.

I have no idea why he isn't doing any dmg, so right now he just serves as a way for me to have Determination, Prismplate and Vuln

I hope this can be looked into at some point, as i love the idea of this merc, and would love to use a Infamous version of him if possible.

literally just sat here with my buddy and observed the same thing. shield crushing a random skeleton for 30 seconds strait no damage

No damage conversion on merc to elemental, no wilma requital for sure? maybe less aoe map mod with high effect, high enough to make shield crush have no aoe

I noticed my Bastion Merc Shield Crush was also dealing no damage.

After some trial and error, I discovered the root of the problem: His Shield Crush base Accuracy is 0 (probably). I even tried equipping him with The Tempestuous Steel which has "Hits can't be Evaded", but his Shield Crush was still dealing no damage.

Finally, I tried using Precision skill myself, and voilá. He starts dealing damage at last.
