Performance in Villa map on a laptop (very bad)

For some unholy reason this particular map performs like a struggling blight map, and not any other normal one.
My bet is on fancy rain / fog effect.

I play on minimum possible settings, but performance drop into a slideshow was fascinating.

Audio did not record for some reason, but no problem there (I think).

Did not notice the problem last league, because map was not in rotation.

What you included in the Twitch VOD never includes the video card.

For sharing system specs in this context, something like a DxDiag would be more suitable.
