Kirac missions not working

I have 3 yellow Kirac missions but clicking his box on the map device doesn't open his window and clicking the "atlas missions" blue dialog button on the NPC just closes the dialog window. I got those yellow missions by running unique maps in a party. I'm just now starting yellow maps.

That sounds like the behaviour I had observed prior to unlocking yellow Kirac missions.

You say you're just starting yellow maps; could you be a bit more specific?

Actually just ran my first t6 map, got the envoy and the maven drop that adds her to the map device. Now my Kirac missions work. I must have been in a bricked quest state or something.

Wasn't really a bricked state, you just hadn't advanced far enough.
The mission UI does have a message that could've explained it...but the mission UI doesn't come up unless you have missions you can run, so it couldn't show you that message.

You can probably see it if you get a red mission from the vault pass before running a red map.
You cannot run yellow missions before running a yellow map, or red missions before running a red map.

That makes sense. I didn't get any white missions so all I had were the yellow ones.
