Rog Values T11 Mana on rings as if they are T1.

I have just experienced rolling for a mod 8x+ times with rog and it has hit T11 mana as the preferred mod. I understand RNG but this seems to be a bug where the game is recognizing T11 mana as a high tier mod.

not a bug. Rog does not care mod tier. The npc only care the mod's required item level to roll

When it says roll 10 times keeping the best outcome, I believe it does care about the lvl requirement as you say, and as you might understand, T11 mana has a very low level requirement.

So hitting T11 mana on several rings from rerolling 6 times, rerolling 10 times etc, there seems to have occured a bug where the T11 is rolled as a lvl requirement of a T2+ mod.

I understand RNG is a thing, but I craft a lot with Rog and when all the mana tiers have the same weighting (1000), rerolling the mod 10 times is extremely unlikely to roll a lvl 17 requirement on a lvl 84 ring. Therefore I suspect a bug where there might be a 1 lacking in the code, tricking the Rog mechanic to believe he is rolling T1 mods rather than T11 when the item is only lvl 84 and not 85 (which is what is required for Tier 1 mana).

list the mod you said and their required level to roll to justify your claim

That would be any other mod that is regarded as a better outcome. Do you really want me to link you 50+ modifiers? Just use common sense instead of having me do a bunch of unnecessary steps please.

To explain it a bit further: T11 mana has a required level of 17. When you are rolling on an item level 83+ it is very unlikely that 17 is the highest level requirement when it rolls the modifier up to 10 times, keeping the highest roll. When that happens several times in a row, despite mana has a high weighting on rings, it seems like the programming of the modifier is making it seem to be comparable to a level requirement of perhaps 75+.
Do you mean "Reroll Prefixes 10 times, keeping the best outcome"?
What were the other prefixes? I assume it rerolls all prefixes at once and calculates some average outcome value, not each mod separately.
