Atlas Passives Working In Reverse

At the beginning of the league, I had a bit of a tin foil hat conspiracy because it felt like my Atlas Passives were working in reverse. I spec'd into Blight and Harvest and have the nodes on the tree that give increased chance for each of those two types of scarabs -- 88% increased for blight and 60% increased for harvest. Well, after a week of mapping, I have only 5 blight scarabs and 7 harvest scarabs total. Meanwhile, I have 15+ of nearly every other type of scarab. This would indicate that these "increased chance" nodes seem to be working in reverse of what they are supposed to do.

Sample size is way too small, some scarabs can now drop in multiple stacks causing wide variance, and the atlas scarab nodes are worded very vaguely. It states higher chance, but I'm fairly positive from my own testing that there's a lot of things that ignore blocking and increased chance nodes. Such as final boss drops scarabs or reward icons for scarabs. Those are not considered as found in your map, thus they won't be limited by blocking and shouldn't be swayed be increased chance.

I just did a test today where I dropped over 150 scarabs in 4 maps with Jun more likely as my only increased chance, but because they were reward scarabs, none were blocked and Jun was not skewed at all, as I expected.
You're speaking as someone who is probably running juiced maps. I'm not. When I drop scarabs I drop them one at a time. I've dropped VASTLY more scarab singles of every other type other than the two that I have specifically spec'd into. There is no "variance" here. There's just raw drops. I also have a "starter" atlas tree so I'm not spec'd into scarabs at all other than travel nodes. I have dropped 303 scarabs so far. Of those, my LEAST dropped by a wide margin are Blight and Harvest. The two I have specifically spec'd into.
