Safehouse intelligence bugged?
In my map I reached 100% intelligence for my Research safehouse, giving the button to open and clear it. However, I normally wait until after my map and do the safehouse from my hideout. I go on and clear the map, along with the other 2 immortal syndicate encounters (intervention and transportation). After finishing the map and going to my hideout, I proceed to interact with Jun to open my available Research safehouse, only to find out it's NOT available anymore??? It has been lowered to 90% intelligence.
Either this is a bug, or an AWFUL rework of immortal syndicate. Why is the game basically forcing me to open the safehouse as soon as it's available? It wasn't like this before. Last bumped on Jul 3, 2025, 4:06:33 AM

I have had the same issue happen multiple times now.
I even tried to open a Transportation safe house from the map as soon as the interrogation was done, but Intervention members showed up which immediately set Transportation back from 100% to 90%. |

I've encountered the same issue multiple times now.
Apparently, when you fill a safehouse with the first or second encounter in a map, the consecutive encounters can already reset the safehouse progress. This was not a thing before and can (in some cases) be alleviated by running the safehouse immediately from inside the map. Sometimes Jun is positioned in a way that she can't open the portals inside the map. |
