Sanguinmancer merc FPS drops when using her abilites

The Sanguinmancer merc makes my fps tank like crazy when she uses her abilites especially when using either boiling blood or storm call. It seems to be the lingring effects on the ground which cause the most drops.

Pc specs:
Windows 10
CPU - AMD Ryzen 5 3600
GPU - AMD 6700xt
RAM 16GB

I notice the same issue,
when Sanguimancer's casting "Boiling Blood" and "Strom Call of Trarthus"
FPS tanks from 120 to 30-40 for a few seconds
