Merge league failed

just tried merging leagues to softcore and it failed now i can't merge, it doesn't give the option anymore :(

What do you mean? If you want to migrate from hardcore to softcore, it's impossible.

Well, if NOT in one of the hardcore leagues that voids your character on death
(all the ruthless ones ? double-check before "committing suicide" !) can also take on your character the items you want to mule out, and die...
