Catarina's doors were not unlocked after winning the fight.

I finished the fight with Catarina, she died on the first try, but she killed me with a degen on the ground. I came back to pick up the drops and enter the rooms, but none of the doors were open. I closed and reopened the game, but it didn't work.

same here didnt die she dropped her loot and the quest said to enter her reward room but there is no doors
