Memory Tears aren't spawning

I'm not sure if you need to run explicitly t16s and not t16.5 but I've done over 100 maps t16 and 50+ t16.5s and haven't seen a single tear. I saw one tear so far for the quest and then that was it...

if it's not bugged then only people who play 12 hours a day for months will be able to get 40/40 this league. Please fix GGG

This same thing is happening to me as well. Completed between 50-100 T16's without spawning it at all again. I also just got the quest tears and nothing afterwards.

Its happening only to some people, not everybody-.

I haven't received any since the quest ones. I have run a lot of maps. I have the nodes specced on the skill tree
