Lag Spikes NZ Server

getting terrible lag spikes on the NZ servers usually around 8pm onwards, sometimes it only lasts half an hour other times like now it lasts till 10pm onwards,
hideout is mostly fine but as soon as your in any area like a map or a zone with monsters is when it starts, the more the worse it gets
CPU - 7800X3d , GPU - 3080TI (latest Drivers), Ram 32GB 3600MHZ

hopefully this will help sort something out as this is prime play time and currently its not worth trying as you cant make any progress

Bumping this for visibility, I get exactly the same thing on the Auckland server
