[EXPLOIT] Crimson Mayor respawn

I killed Crimson Mayor in Crimson Township, then logged out because I was dying for the DoT. My portal was the initial one at the map entrance (placing a new portal doesn't seem to cause this bug and placing one inside the boss room causes the game to crash upon entering the map, I already reported that bug). Upon me re-entering the boss room to collect my loot, The Crimson Mayor had respawned. Upon killing him again, items were dropped (different items from the first time).

I don't want to test how reproducible this exploit is in fear I could get my account flagged, but if I could respawn the boss one time for each portal, then I could multiply the rewards for killing him several times and re-use valuable consumable like scarabs. I feel like this exploit is potentially economy-breaking because of this reason.
