Warlord's Mark

Uh Hi. I don't... do this much. But the one time I'm using this skill and trying to initiate it either before, during, after, for funs. It's not activating. I'm on a bleed/hybrid build. Built to support perforate and if I wanted lacerate. So basicaly Bleed/Physical. So really community please tell me if this skill actually doesn't support this and will swap. OBV new. Just playing two builds that I found that I loved from Ziz and Modz and now I'm a little like wtf. My bad.
