my maven 10/10 appears bricked

I did a white t14 map to hit 10/10. No Maven invitation dropped.

This may be related to a safehouse run I did about 20 minutes previous where I had a "safehouse crafting bench" with the active label over it. When I clicked on that, the label disappeared, and nothing else happened. I'm fairly sure the leader was rank 3; forgot who it was.

LOL nm Kirac has the invitation. Last time I played POE there was a green invitation, so I didn't think to check Kirac. I was wondering what the ! over his head was about...
