Cant even zone into the rogue harbor. I get this error every time and crash to desktop. This means I cant get these damn green quest contracts out of my inventory.

That’s a Vulkan graphics API error message.
Without more information, all we can suggest is you trying one of the DirectXs instead. |

Both of the direct x options are unplayable. They constantly pause and then an unkown disconnection has ocurred.
