The Dark Monarch Unique bug

While wearing the it (the Golem version) I cannot use Mines or traps, the skill appears as an option but they simply don't spawn when I use them, I can still use them while wearing The Primordial Chain so I think they aren't meant to be like this.

Also just tested spell totems and same result.
