Game keeps crashing at login and teleport

The game keeps crashing on Steam when I try to play my Level 60 Marauder character, often times at login.
Character name: Jasos
I suspect that my game file might have been corrupted.
I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the game on Steam and verified the integrity of the game files with no issues found.

My other character is a new level 3 Duelist.
I seem to be able to play that character without any problems.
