Mobs just respawn forever.

" That is how that specific unique map works. You just need to go find the bosses hiding in the usually top left corner, kill both of them before they revive, then click the chest. I can't remember now if the map is completed after both bosses are dead or clicking the chest. But killing the bosses stops all mobs in the map from auto-reviving. |

I found the bosses and clicked the chest. Was unable to kill both bosses before one of them revived even while using an op ranged mercenary.
