Constant disconnects

OK so all through out yesterday I was getting disconnected so much I decided to stopnplaying for the day, I come back the next day, load the game, with in 5 minutes am disconnected, and the items I bought have disappeared, I was like well damn ok that sucks, so I reload the whole system just to be safe, and I go and do the titan grotto, I get halfway through almost at the boss and it disconnects again, I'm like well shit, I reload and I have lost all my progress, and the game loads paused for some reason, I think ok better go get a drink of water, I come back and My character is dead, now I'm not playing hardcore right now, but I was testing this build for hardcore viability, and the shear fact he has a death on record makes me no longer want to either play him or this game

Gave it a good break for a bit, it loaded me now inside the titan grotto instead of outside it like it was doing previously, I get 75% of the way through the map and I get a server disconnected from realm error, like is the character bugged, do I have to delete him, are the servers down, is the game fucked, like what do I do

Kiwi server has been the same since yesterday - can't play - just lose maps if you try to do anything

I've had about 20 disconnections this afternoon alone, losing fragments and a breachstone in the process.
I contacted support to be told that "we are not providing Technical Support due to limited staff resources".

So they make millions of dollars in revenue, but can't afford to staff a support team.

Australia server has same issue

Same issue here... Lost currency/items/ multiple times and reset progress... I've spent a LOT of time and money on this game over the last few months, as we all have..

This is unacceptable GGG

another Aussie here, just tried playing again after having multiple disconnects and losing all loot last night, still an issue

In eu the same. Better spare your nerves and get used to it. European servers have been running like this for 2 months now and ggg doesn't give a damn. They didn't even say a word about it. We have already stopped waiting for action to be taken. Save yourselves the nerves and look for another game ;)

I, for one, got sucked into Kingdom Come Deliverance 2. I thank GGG for getting PoE2 to such a state that I reached for something else. Your actions contribute to fostering culture, exploring other directions. You should add a motto to yourselves - “GGG - we give you a choice” ;)

Playing on xbox in Australia. Still the same now, since late yesterday. Constant server disconnects every 5-10 minutes. Unplayable right now!
