Crashing to login every 5 - 10 minutes

Started last night, rolling progress back 20 seconds and deleting maps in progress.

Just got kicked out several times in the course of 20 minutes. Also its laggy when I play. What's going on?

also experiencing this.

precursor to the disconnect is "failed to connect to the achievement server" several times, and when I get back in the map I was in is gone.

Happened in delve a couple of times too and it rolled back the nodes that I had completed

Further to this I experienced rollback from the maps that I lost as well, the resources I used to open it are gone, but the loot I picked up from the map is no longer in my inventory, and the maven witness for the boss kill is gone
