Consistent latency issue - AU server

At approximately 20:50 (AEST) every night on the Australian server the latency makes the game unplayable. This isn't a random event. It happens EVERY single night. The ping will rise from 20ms to a minimum of 60ms and spike to 120+ms constantly, or just go berserk and fluctuate wildly in the 100's of ms.

Put some monitoring on the server and nail down the issue so it can finally be resolved and aussie players and enjoy the game at the end of the day.
