Alva at 100% but not showing up

I have map modifiers making Zana have a 100% chance to be present in maps. My atlas details specifically state "Your maps contain Alva".

However, after running Pier (monster level 80) with the map alched and vaal'd to get map completion, Alva is not showing up in the map. (this is not a Kirac map)
