Strange Latency Issues

When I load into a new instance the latency will switch to a new and entirely stable number (ie it goes to 160 and doesn't move).
The server I'm connecting to says it's response time is only 16ms. I've tried with and without my vpn, resetting my router and computer, disabling my firewall, setting my shader cache on nvidia control panel to 100gb all resulting in nothing changing. Same here. I've lost maps and contracts to this weird latency. I've check all my equipment and everything works fine. All I can guess now is that its the servers themselves.

Just +1 this, every time I change instances is a chance for a long load time and then the zone is upwards of 10k ping lol. Otherwise it's 20-30 perfectly. So weird.
