Lag Spikes, Stuttering, Game Freezes ..etc

Hello,
I dont know what's going on.. the game was going pretty well.. till today.. when it starts to lag spike, ping 20k+, stuttering..its impossible to move in Hideout, keep freezing all the time, something is very wrong with the game. In maps is freezing so much that i have to alt+f4 and try again..sometimes the game disconnect and fails to start another instance.. Please help GGG..

I tried Vulkan, Directx 11, Directx 12.. I changed some video settings.. just reinstalled the game..cleaned the cash...but nothing works..

I play in SÃO PAULO server.. btw
