Can't access any atlas map or Kingsmarch

Whenever I try to run a map or enter Kingsmarch, I get 'Failed to connect to instance' error. Tried it on Washington, Moscow, Amsterdam, Canada (East), Paris and London realms, happens every time for every atlas map I tried. Other areas are inconsistent with this: Rogue Harbor is fine, Mine Encampment is fine, Forbidden Sanctum is fine everywhere but Amsterdam. Sometimes trying to log back in in Karui Shores results in getting the same error. Areas in campaign seem fine, the only trouble I got was The Coast (Act 6) on Amsterdam realm. Atlas is inaccessible in every realm.

My Internet connection is fine, every online service works as usual, including other online games.
