Regular MS spikes from 20 ms to 260-300MS

Hello,

I have been unable to play since the start of the league, no matter
what gate I choose I always have this MS spike thing happening,
jumping from ~20 to ~300ms every 3-4 seconds. I am in the EU, I have
tried every possible gate, Washington, Moscow, every EU gate. Always
getting the same results. My Internet provider is fine, every other
game is running at ~20-30ms no issues or spikes whatsoever. I tried
resetting my router, flushing dns etc, nothing helped. I have over
6000 hours in PoE and never had an issue like this before. I spend
money on this game regularly and i can't even use this in game, that
is so frustrating...

US isnt much different.

I have been trying to play on DC and Texas, same result.

Not sure it is their network, but cant really tell.

Even if you could "prove" to them it is their network, they dont really give 2 shits.

They dont comment on anything anymore, its really sad...
